Zusammenfassung

SF Metal Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Designer / Draftsman in Malaysia to support indoor and outdoor automation projects. You will create drawings, plans, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

Role involves assisting the Engineering Manager, handling clerical tasks, processing orders, and coordinating with Production to meet customer requirements, all within ISO 9001 and 5S standards.

Qualifikationen

At least SPM or above level.
At least 1 year relevant working experience.

Aufgaben

Assist Engineering Manager/Director on clerical work
Provide indoor and outdoor automation Engineering support and service to existing clients
Create and maintain good business relationships with clients
Assist in developing grounds for new business and orders from customers
Be responsible for submission of drawings, plans and ensure information is accurate and complete
Attend to walk-in customers and confirmed purchase orders received by fax or email
Maintain sales orders by input to the system and confirm sales and issue work orders to Production Control Department
Liaise with Production department for work order status and ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner
Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Company 5S Implementation
