FCL Engineering Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a skilled Draftsperson to produce detailed BIM models and shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. You will coordinate MEP layouts, perform clash detection, and maintain accurate as-built documentation.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Drafting or Engineering, about 1 year of drafting experience (BIM/Revit), and proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of NFPA/local codes is a plus and you should be detail-oriented and a strong team player.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Drafting or Engineering required.
• 1 year drafting experience, BIM/Revit preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/MEP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of NFPA/local codes; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsabilités

• Produce detailed BIM models and shop drawings using Revit / AutoCAD.
• Coordinate MEP layouts and clash detection across disciplines.
• Maintain accurate as-built and construction documentation.
• Prepare fire protection drawings (sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, fire alarms).
• Develop layouts compliant with NFPA / local fire codes/FM Approved and authority requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma/Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, or related field.

1 years of drafting experience (BIM/Revit for BIM role; fire protection systems for FF role).

Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/MEP experience is an advantage.

Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.

Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and a strong team player.
