NCL ENERGY SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Document Controller/Project Coordinator to manage project documents, maintain version control, and ensure compliance with ISO standards. You will support audits, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and monitor schedules for data center and M&E projects.

Based at project sites in Serendah or Lukut, Port Dickson, you will coordinate materials, manpower, and site support with internal teams while maintaining safety and quality requirements.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in document control and/or project coordination.
• Experience in Data Center, M&E or construction projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, register and control project documents with proper filing and electronic systems.
• Track incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring version control and distribution.
• Ensure documentation complies with company, client and ISO standards.
• Support audit and inspection requirements with accurate record-keeping.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring daily activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to meet requirements and deliverables.
• Track project progress, schedules and highlight risks, issues or delays.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes and progress updates for management and clients.
• Coordinate material tracking, manpower allocation and site support with internal teams.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance at site.
