Job summary

MN Power Transmission seeks a diligent Document Controller in Banting, Selangor, to manage and control project documentation, drawings, and records for active projects.

The role involves handling document submission, distribution, and tracking, ensuring proper filing, version control, and reporting. Diploma or degree in a related field, strong MS Office skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of document control processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control project documents, drawings, and records.
• Manage document submission, distribution, and tracking.
• Ensure proper filing (hardcopy and softcopy).
• Update document registers, logs, and trackers.
• Support project team with documentation and reporting.
• Ensure proper document version control and archiving.
