Job summary

Flex is seeking a DL Recruiter based in Bukit Minyak, Penang, reporting to the DL Recruitment Lead. This role focuses on supporting high-volume hiring for Technician and Operator roles, mastering sourcing strategies, ensuring timely delivery, and delivering a strong candidate experience.

You will coordinate walk-in interviews, career fairs, and events, build external partnerships with agencies and training institutes, and manage the recruitment pipeline to meet SLA and hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably Technician/Operator hiring.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and external collaboration for high-volume hiring.
• Experience in campus recruitment and building talent pipelines.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with basic data tracking and analysis.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong coordination and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Self-driven and able to manage recruitment activities independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with recruitment systems and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Technician and Operator roles.
• Focus on strategic sourcing, external partnerships, and talent pipeline development.

• Screen candidates efficiently and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.

• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups to ensure a good experience and strong conversion rates.
• Track and maintain recruitment pipeline to ensure SLA and hiring targets are met.
• Support offer process including preparation, explanation, and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation requirements.
• Represent Flex as an employer of choice during candidate interactions and hiring activities.
