Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner of choice focused on designing, building and delivering innovative products. A Staffing HR Manager is sought for Bukit Minyak, Penang to lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, liaising with agencies and hiring managers to attract top talent.

You will screen and shortlist, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while ensuring privacy and compliance. A Bachelor's degree in HRM with 8+ years' experience and leadership abilities are

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in HR or related experience.
• Experience in end-to-end foreign worker hiring is an advantage.
• Strategic, results-driven with strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job advertisements, postings, and recruitment materials per standards.
• Screen and shortlist candidates; liaise with agencies; coordinate interviews.
• Respond to inquiries from candidates and managers while maintaining privacy standards.
• Coordinate interview schedules and develop interview questions with hiring managers.
• Interview, check references and recommend top candidates.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on criteria.
• Prepare job offers with required specifications for successful hires.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment venues.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Staffing HR Manager located in Bukit Minyak, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to apply for a vacant position.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews with hiring manager.
• Respond to enquiries from candidates, hiring managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization's recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization's standards of privacy and confidentiality.
• Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
• Interview, check references and recommend most qualified candidates
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.
• Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept the position.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
• Requires minimum 8 years in Human Resources or related experience.
• Prior experience in handling end-to-end foreign worker hiring will be an added advantage.
• Strategic & result-oriented thinking; Good leadership, especially good at communication and empower subordinates.
