Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the distributor network specializing in the lubricant business.
  2. Drive marketing programs to achieve planned volume, revenue, and margin growth.
  3. Provide guidance to distributors on the lubricant business in close coordination with other lines of business and stakeholders to accomplish distribution coverage objectives.
  4. Establish a critical link between Petron and distributors for supply chain-related matters, including ordering, delivery, and standard offer and demand planning.
  5. Develop and support the distributor network, focusing on the growth of premium and high-margin products.
  6. Identify and secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business studies, economics, or other relevant disciplines with a CGPA above 3.00.
  2. Willing to travel and be based throughout Malaysia with own transportation.
  3. Possesses 3 to 5 years’ experience in a sales role.
  4. Exposure to automotive, machinery, or gas technology background will be an added advantage.
  5. Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company.
