About the role
Responsible for the Inbound, Order management, pre-pack or repair, Logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution functions providing service levels that meet or exceed customer expectations at the lowest reasonable cost. Supports a collaborative team environment; carries out the accountabilities via the teams and coordinators. Works closely with the entire Supply Chain Team - Production, Customer Service, Planning and Customers - to optimize results.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the warehouse, custom affairs & logistics operations of the company professionally
- Manage shipping, scheduling, and communications with related departments to ensure smooth operations and deliveries of goods
- Manage and monitor inventory and its movement in various locations including warehouse, distribution center & 3rd party warehouse; maintain high accuracy through cycle counts
- Plan and allocate resources in relation to operation requirements; review resource plans periodically
- Set up layout and utilize space effectively
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools, facilities, building and equipment
- Ensure business and custom licenses are active and meet business requirements
- Ensure accuracy of monthly reports and submit before deadline
- Monitor shipment performance and ensure they meet requirements set by management & customers
- Track and tackle problematic shipments
- Monitor the performance of the freight forwarders and conduct periodic meetings with each of them.
- Ensure quality management systems requirements such as ISO13485:2016 and related are met and adhered to.
- Team & people development. Conduct regular meetings within the department for better understanding for each other. Provide necessary training, coaching, direction and supports to build the skills and behavior for the team.
- To investigate, consider and evaluate improvement plans of the system, operations and efficient cost management for the company.
- To troubleshoot operational problems and provide efficient solution or effective countermeasure.
- Preparation of summaries, reports, annual budget and presentations.
- Ensure implementation and adherence ISO 45001:2018 Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures by applying to areas of responsibility.
- To prepare, review and adhere to the annual budget

About you
- Minimum of High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- 5 to 7 years' experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, shipping, and customer service-related activities
- Supply Chain Management knowledge
- 3 to 5 years of management/supervisor experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management and raw material planning
- Proactive and good communications skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Results focused, self-motivated and highly organized
- Strong computer skills; ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
