Job summary

GN ReSound (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a experienced Logistics and Supply Chain professional to manage inbound, order management, pre-pack or repair, and distribution functions while optimizing costs and service levels. You will collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Planning and customers to deliver reliable results.

Responsibilities include warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, resource planning, and ensuring compliance with ISO13485:2016 and ISO 45001:2018 standards; leadership

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, shipping or customer service activities.
• Supply Chain Management knowledge is essential.
• 3-5 years of management/supervisor experience.
• Proficient in inventory management and raw material planning.
• Proactive with strong communication.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized.
• Strong computer skills; ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse, customs, and logistics operations professionally.
• Coordinate shipping, scheduling, and inter-department communications for smooth deliveries.
• Monitor inventory and movement across locations; ensure accuracy via cycle counts.
• Plan and allocate resources; review plans periodically.
• Optimize layout and space utilization.
• Maintain tools, facilities, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure licenses and compliance with business requirements.
• Prepare monthly reports and meet deadlines.
• Monitor shipment performance to meet requirements.
• Address problematic shipments and take corrective actions.
• Supervise freight forwarders; conduct periodic reviews.
• Ensure ISO13485:2016 and related quality standards are met.
• Develop teams; conduct regular meetings and provide training and coaching.
• Investigate improvement plans for systems, operations, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare summaries, reports, budgets, and presentations.
• Ensure ISO 45001:2018 HSE procedures are implemented and followed.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and adherence.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
