Job summary

GN ReSound Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics and customs specialist to manage documentation, licenses, and export shipments. You will coordinate with brokers and warehouses to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain data in systems.

The role requires hands-on customs clearance experience, proficiency in Excel, and good English. Logistics experience and STPM/Certificate/Diploma are preferred, with over 2 years of relevant work history.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of Customs clearance and CIQ.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Acceptable English both for written and oral.
• Experience in logistics is a must, experience in transportation preferred.
• Over 2 years work experience.
• Possess STPM/Certificates/Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with related departments preparing documents for customs declaration.
• Apply for the customs register and close customs E-Logbook and apply for other import licenses.
• Arrange the shipment of exporting products.
• Prepare payment, duty, and other Customs document filing.
• Process control and data maintenance in system.
• Coordinate broker and warehouse for smooth daily operation.
• Ensure implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures.
• Continuously contribute ideas to improve performance.
• Other tasks assigned by the superior.
