Job summary

ISOLAB is seeking a warehouse and logistics operator to handle receiving, storing and issuing materials, while ensuring accurate stock records and timely local deliveries. The role requires basic inventory procedures, Excel documentation skills, and a valid Malaysian driving licence.

You will work closely with Store Executive and Manager to maintain efficient warehouse operations. Candidates should be physically fit for warehouse duties and willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in warehouse, store, logistics, inventory or delivery operations.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, stock counting, receiving and issuing procedures.
• Able to prepare, pack, label and dispatch goods accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for inventory/documentation tasks.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence.
• Able to drive the company vehicle for local deliveries/errands.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, store and issue materials and finished products.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with stock counts.
• Prepare, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of products.
• Perform local deliveries, collections and company errands when required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper organisation.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and monitor storage conditions.
• Operate and maintain the company vehicle safely.
• Follow ISO 13485, GDPMD, SOPs and safety requirements.
• Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies or delivery issues promptly.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
