Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Foundational understanding of blockchain technology, including distributed ledger concepts, consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoW, PoS), and cryptography.
Familiarity with smart contract development, particularly in Solidity, and experience with EVM-compatible chains.
Basic programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Go, Rust, Node.js/TypeScript, Java, or Python.
Understanding of core blockchain concepts like transactions, blocks, and network architecture.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new blockchain protocols and technologies, including Multi-Chain environments.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively in English.
Interest in exploring areas such as Wallet Infrastructure, Custody, and Key Management within the blockchain space.
Exposure to or a strong desire to learn about On-Chain Security principles.

Contribute to the development of wallet infrastructure, including key management and custody solutions, ensuring secure and efficient user experiences.
Support the maintenance and optimization of blockchain nodes and network infrastructure.
Engage in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of blockchain-related issues.
Research and stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies, trends, and security vulnerabilities to propose innovative solutions.
