Job summary

Beaks Group of Companies in Selangor seeks a reliable Dispatch & Logistics Officer to manage daily courier, delivery and collection of documents, parcels and stock across sites. You will plan routes, use navigation apps and ensure items are recorded and acknowledged.

Responsibilities include coordinating with HQ, warehouses, suppliers and customers, assisting with loading, stock movements, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily dispatch duties, including delivery and collection of documents, parcels, samples, stock and other company items.
• Collect goods, packaging materials, documents or samples from suppliers, factories, warehouses and customers when required.
• Assist with stock and product movements between HQ, warehouse, production partners, outlets and other designated locations.
• Handle errands to banks, courier companies, government offices and other business locations when required.
• Arrange and support urgent deliveries or collections for customers, outlets and operational needs.
• Ensure all items and documents delivered or collected are correct, complete and properly acknowledged.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, DOs, GTNs or other supporting documents and submit them to the relevant staff promptly.
• Update the Operations/Admin team on the status of assignments and immediately report any delay, shortage, damage or discrepancy.
• Assist with light loading, unloading, packing and stock handling when necessary.
• Support simple warehouse or operations work during periods when there are no dispatch assignments.
• Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, safe and in good working condition, and report any servicing or maintenance requirements.
• Plan efficient routes and use navigation applications such as Waze or Google Maps.
• Follow company procedures relating to stock, documents, cash, confidential information and company property.
• Be willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation when required.
• Perform other reasonable operational duties assigned by the Management.
