Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Senior Project Leader in Project Management within the Corporate Functions team. You will plan, lead and control projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones while ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery.

You will serve as the main interface for project matters and mentor sub-project managers using Infineon PM tools and problem‑solving methods.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control projects or sub-projects of minor complexity, including managing scope, risks, resources and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and oversee the full project lifecycle with handover to sustaining functions.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to achieve milestones on time.
• Take responsibility for decisions related to timeline, quality, cost and budget.
• Serve as the primary communication interface for project-related matters to internal stakeholders.
• Form and lead project managers of sub-projects and team members.
• Utilize Infineon project management tools for planning, progress tracking, reporting and documentation.
• Drive problem-solving using Infineon methodologies including 8D and 5 Whys.
• Monitor project quality and progress and adapt approaches to meet goals.
• Identify, manage and implement project changes as required.
