Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Technical Director to define and drive the technology roadmap for Semiconductor ATE, automation, and testing solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams across Mechanical, Software, Vision, Automation, and Engineering, ensuring timely delivery and innovation.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership, strong ATE experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Travel to support customers and projects will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership roles within engineering.
• Experience with ATE/Test Handler and semiconductor equipment.
• Experience in mechanical design or product development.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, suppliers, and customers.
• Strong project management, cost, timeline, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technology roadmap and innovation for Semiconductor ATE and related systems.
• Lead ATE product development and commercialization with quality, cost, and timeline targets.
