Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field with 10+ years of semiconductor experience (or Master/PhD with 8+ years).
• 10+ years of experience architecting automated test solutions on high-end ATE platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic test roadmaps for next-gen ATE solutions.
• Lead architectural/platform governance across global test org.
• Establish design-for-test guidelines for multi-die and power modules.
• Spearhead product qualification, characterization, and cross-platform correlation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure smooth production ramps.
• Provide executive-level oversight for yield optimization and cost reduction.
• Mentor staff and uphold engineering practices.
• Manage 3rd party relationships, foundry partnerships, and OSAT teams.
