Job summary

Cezars Kitchen in Senai, Johor seeks a qualified Supervisor to lead the kitchen team and ensure quality across production and service. You will partner with the Kitchen Manager to manage purchasing, stock, and events, while maintaining strong client relations and operational standards.

The role requires a proactive, energetic leader with excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, basic cooking knowledge, and competency in ordering, purchasing, and cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiently.
• Strong PR and customer-oriented approach.
• Experience in kitchen/Cafeteria operations and catering events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist purchase orders with Kitchen Manager.
• Oversee daily production and staffing; report to Operation Manager.
• Assist monthly stock count; report to Operation Manager.
• Manage daily cash flow per SOP; report to Operation Manager.
• Liaise with clients for catering orders with Sous Chefs; report to Operation Manager.
