Job summary

Cezars Kitchen Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Kitchen Manager to join our Senai, Johor kitchen. You will lead kitchen production and daily catering, oversee large-batch cooking in a fast-paced setting, and ensure high standards of food safety and teamwork.

Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is required, with typhoid and food handling certification ready for interview. You may contact suppliers, manage purchasing, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Minimum 3 years for Kitchen Manager or 5 years for manager in kitchens or catering.
• Typhoid and Food Handling Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Kitchen Production including daily meals and catering.
• Cook a wide range of foods in large batches (International Asian & Western).
• Lead atmosphere: ensure staff are efficient, clean, organized, and professional.
• Oversee staff training and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage cash handling, including registers and petty cash.
• Handle purchasing and vendor relations under policy.
• Monitor food costs and inventory to minimize waste.
• Hire staff, conduct reviews, and manage labor under 30%.
• Communicate via email within 24 hours; ensure safety and security.
