Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in precision machining with senior leadership accountability.

• Strong experience in NPI and industrialisation and cross-border transfers.

Responsibilities

• Scale and transform a high-precision machining operation with full ownership of strategy, commercial performance and profitability.
• Own P&L, productivity, quality, capacity planning and delivery performance.
• Deliver technical leadership across CNC, milling, turning, multi-axis machining, tooling and fixturing.
• Drive new product introductions and manufacturing transfers from global sites into Malaysia.
• Shape the automation, capital investment and capacity roadmap for long-term competitiveness.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Proven P&L ownership within a machining or manufacturing environment
• Strong experience in NPI, industrialisation and cross-border manufacturing transfers
• Background in semiconductor, aerospace or other high‑precision manufacturing sectors (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial leadership style - someone who challenges convention and turns complexity into results
• Skilled at influencing and aligning global, cross-functional stakeholders
• Solid grounding in Lean principles, process capability and operational excellence
