Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or business operations leadership roles.
• Strong experience managing large-scale operational teams within fast-paced environments.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or direct-to-consumer businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operational functions across warehousing, fulfilment, logistics, and supply chain.
• Drive operational scalability and efficiency across all touchpoints.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory planning and logistics.
• Support leadership in operational planning, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
