Job summary

Bowtie Malaysia is seeking a senior SEO leader to own the organic discovery strategy from the ground up. You will build and lead the local content team, shape technical SEO infrastructure, and optimize for both traditional crawlers and AI answer engines.

You will guide the launch of a scalable content library, define keyword intent, and drive sustained organic growth for Bowtie Malaysia in a competitive medical insurance landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in organic search/SEO, including 2+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO/GEO/AEO strategy for Bowtie Malaysia, including technical architecture and content scaling.
• Own the technical SEO architecture with schema markup and site design optimized for crawlers and AI agents.
• Build Bowtie's presence across AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
• Scale a content library from scratch to 2,000+ indexed articles with the local content team you lead.
• Establish keyword and intent mapping for the Malaysian medical insurance market.
