Job summary

GrowthOps Asia is seeking a content SEO professional to craft high-quality, people-first content optimized for search and generative AI experiences, tailored to Malaysia and Singapore markets. You will own end-to-end content workflows from ideation to publishing and measurement.

You will conduct keyword research, optimise existing content, and collaborate with SEO engineers and account teams to align content with client objectives and performance metrics. Bahasa Malaysia fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of SEO experience, preferably with content roles.
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals including HTML markup, structured data, and on-page optimization.
• Fluent Bahasa Malaysia (Malay).
• Proactive self-starter with client-facing experience.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and SEO tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content for diverse APAC markets.
• Review and refresh existing content to boost organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword, topic, audience, and intent research.
• Edit and rewrite copy as needed.
• Own end-to-end content workflow from ideation to publishing and reporting.
• Understand client needs to shape content strategy.
• Monitor blog and site performance and provide actionable insights.
• Track competitors and detect trends and gaps.
• Prioritize content projects by growth potential.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists and account managers.
• Stay updated on SEO, GEO/AEO, and AI-assisted content workflows.
