Job summary

Zohorecruit is assisting a client in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to hire an experienced Director/Associate Director for Technology Advisory. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and delivering consultative solutions across Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Azure Cloud, Power Platform, and Power BI for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience with a proven sales track record in Microsoft solutions.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Azure Cloud, and Power Platform ecosystem.
• Excellent ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Experience working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem and/or enterprise procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured client discovery sessions to understand business drivers and decision processes.
• Qualify opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline aligned to priorities.
• Position Microsoft solutions using outcomes, ROI, and industry use cases.
• Own pricing and commercial negotiations to define scope and transition to delivery.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition.
