Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia seeks a Senior Business Resilience/BCM leader to oversee the lifecycle of business continuity plans, BIAs, and crisis management across local and regional teams. You will coordinate incident response, ensure compliance with the Crisis Management Policy, and drive improvements in resilience.

A minimum of 6–8 years in BCM within financial services is required, with a Bachelor’s degree. The role includes a comprehensive Total Rewards Program, performance bonuses, flexible benefits,

Qualifications

• Minimum level of study: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
• 6–8 years in Business Continuity Management or equivalent in financial services.
• Relevant risk qualifications preferred but not essential.
• Extensive training and/or experience with BCP and DRP methodologies.
• Comprehensive business knowledge – structure, processes, procedures and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of BCM lifecycle at global and local country level.
• Coordinate tactical BCM activities globally and locally.
• Provide support for events during Malaysia Morning Hours.
• Identify gaps in application capabilities with IT/business to resolve with enhancements.
• Create awareness of BCM matters through staff communication and information sharing.
• Monitor and improve BCM key indicators and management reports.
