Overview

Direct fulfilment Jobs: Manage the end-to-end Customer Orders fulfilment, orchestrate manufacturing operations and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet and exceed our customers fulfilment expectation!

Responsibilities

• Manage one, or multiple business units with responsibility for related Direct fulfilments operations in India fulfillment sites.
• Drive revenue attainment and delivery metrics for the responsible business unit/Site and work with key customers to drive delivery excellence initiatives and improvements.
• Manage related manufacturing partners’ activity including capacity, material, and cost management.
• Lead key projects and Processes establishment
• Communication with critical partners, coordination, and alignment with manufacturing partners

Who You Are

• Good cross-functional Supply Chain experience
• Good understanding of order fulfillment processes
• Ability to effectively manage external MPa team
• Ability to drive, lead MPa to achieve business goals
• Good communication skills and collaboration skills
• Ability to influence and leverage resources cross-functionally
