Le Méridien in Sepang, Putrajaya is seeking an entry-level management professional for the kitchen. You will help lead staff, assist in food production, purchasing, and sanitation while supporting daily objectives and budget compliance.

You will collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, maintain high standards, and develop operations that align with the hotel's luxury service ethos.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Mansioni

• Maintains food handling and sanitation standards.
• Oversees production and preparation of culinary items.
• Leads shifts while preparing food items and executing requests based on required specifications.
• Coordinates service with Restaurant and Banquet departments for events and meals.
• Checks the quality of raw and cooked food to meet standards.

Formazione
