Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree pursuing Computer Science, Information System or any equivalent study.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify root causes, plan actionable steps, and handle ambiguity with structured reasoning.
• Curious and proactive in spotting process gaps and proposing practical, structured solutions.
• Growth-oriented, takes initiative, and works independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Product & Workflow Discovery: map workflows, identify bottlenecks, gather technical requirements for digital solutions.
• Requirements & Systems Design: translate business needs into user stories, specs, and flowcharts for integration.
• Low-Code Architecture & Workflow Automation: build, test, and deploy automated solutions with low-code plus custom scripts and API integration.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: perform UAT, document test cases, verify edge-cases, monitor post-deployment issues.
• System Operations & Backlog Management: triage, investigate, prioritize tickets, ensure delivery timelines and SLAs.
• Impact Tracking & Analytics: monitor dashboards, report on process improvements, flag regressions, present data-driven insights.

At Verdant Solar, we see interns as part of our core team! You are empowered to take ownership of internal digital systems, uncover operational bottlenecks, and build high-speed business processes using modern software tools and custom scripts.

We are currently looking for go-getters to join our team to help us with:

Product & Workflow Discovery:

Conduct end-to-end process discovery across internal teams to map workflows, pinpoint operational bottlenecks, and gather technical requirements for digital solutions. Maintain process documentation, runbooks, and system architecture diagrams as solutions evolve.

Requirements & Systems Design:

Translate business needs into user stories, technical specs, and system flowcharts to guide internal software integration and workflow optimization.

Low-Code Architecture & Workflow Automation:

Build, test, and deploy automated solutions combining low-code platforms with custom scripts, API integrations, and webhooks to eliminate manual processes and speed up operations.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new automations and integrations, document test cases, verify edge-case handling, and monitor post-deployment error rates to ensure production stability.

System Operations & Backlog Management:

Triage, investigate, and prioritize internal support tickets, bugs, and feature requests while ensuring projects meet delivery timelines and SLAs.

Impact Tracking & Analytics:

Analyze and monitor operational dashboards tracking system adoption, process efficiency (hours saved, error reduction, SLA compliance), and automation health. Produce weekly reports, proactively flag regressions, and present data-driven recommendations in team huddles.

Who We're Looking For:

Open for October Internship Intake with a minimum commitment of 3 months or longer.
