Job summary

Verdant Solar Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is offering an internship for final-year engineering students to join our operations team. You will be involved in site supervision, project management, and troubleshooting, gaining hands-on experience with field teams and clients.

This placement lasts 4–6 months (August 2026 intake). You should have own transport, be willing to travel for site visits, and bring strong communication, proactive mindset, and a detail-oriented approach to delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• Final-year student pursuing Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering fields.
• Commit internship placement for a minimum of 4–6 months (August 2026 Intake).
• Possesses own transport and willing to travel for site visits, installations, and supervision tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, field staff, and clients.
• Able to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to on-site issues.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
