Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree pursuing Computer Science, Information System or any equivalent study.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify root causes, plan actionable steps, and handle ambiguity with structured reasoning.
• Curious and proactive in spotting process gaps and proposing practical, structured solutions.
• Growth-oriented, takes initiative, and works independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Product & Workflow Discovery: map workflows, identify bottlenecks, gather technical requirements for digital solutions.
• Requirements & Systems Design: translate business needs into user stories, specs, and flowcharts for integration.
• Low-Code Architecture & Workflow Automation: build, test, and deploy automated solutions with low-code plus custom scripts and API integration.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: perform UAT, document test cases, verify edge-cases, monitor post-deployment issues.
• System Operations & Backlog Management: triage, investigate, prioritize tickets, ensure delivery timelines and SLAs.
• Impact Tracking & Analytics: monitor dashboards, report on process improvements, flag regressions, present data-driven insights.
