Job summary

SoftwareOne in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Digital Workplace Consultant to design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions, guiding customers through transformation and delivering expert technical support to enable secure collaboration.

You will lead migrations, optimize deployments, and contribute to presales with solution design and technical presentations, working across delivery and support teams in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, security services).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and interest in automation and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft security services.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Conditional Access, and authentication technologies.
• Experience supporting migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and an interest in automation, workflow optimization, and modern workplace technologies.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and working within multicultural teams.
