Qualifications

• Malaysian citizenship.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from a local or foreign institution recognised by the Government of Malaysia.
• CGPA of 3.0 or above, or equivalent.
• Interest in how AI, automation and technology can improve business operations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with up-to-date documentation and timelines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart or Visio is an advantage.
• Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and analysis; Power BI is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with no prior working experience are given preference.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination: maintain trackers and prepare weekly status updates.
• Business requirements: gather feedback and translate needs for AI engineering.
• Process analysis: map workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Testing and adoption: test new AI tools, create user guides, coordinate training.
• Vendor and budget tracking: assist in tracking licences, vendors and expenses.
