Job summary

Maxis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional for our PROTÉGÉ 12-month programme. You will support recruitment analytics, reporting, and AI-driven initiatives while gaining hands-on experience with projects that serve customers and the business.

The role collaborates with Talent Acquisition, HR, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to transform recruitment processes and build data-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Exposure to Power BI/Tableau and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition projects and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on recruitment-related initiatives.
• Support process improvement and automation to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes and progress updates.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards and hiring metrics.
• Track KPIs like Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill and Source of Hire.
• Assist in AI-enabled recruitment tool testing and implementation.
