Currently pursuing or recently graduated in relevant fields.
Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn new tools quickly.
Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Assist in analysing existing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
Support documentation of workflows, pain points, and solution designs.
Help prepare business cases, impact analyses, and basic ROI calculations.
Support change adoption activities, including training materials, guides, and communications.
Assist in building simple automations, dashboards, or prototypes using Power Automate/Power Apps/Excel.
Participate in testing, UAT coordination, and deployment support.
Prepare presentations and progress updates for internal reviews.
Actively participate in training related to AI, automation, Lean, and digital tools.
