Job summary

Genting Malaysia is seeking a Digital Platform Manager to lead websites, mobile apps and chatbot initiatives that support marketing strategies and guest experience.

You will manage end-to-end digital projects and coordinate with UI/UX, creative and development teams to deliver assets and features, while training and optimizing chatbot performance and reporting on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or digital platform roles.
• Strong interest in technology, digital innovation, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand and marketing strategies into digital plans and go-to-market execution.
• Manage end-to-end digital platform projects (website, mobile app, chatbot) including requirements gathering, planning, and UAT.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, creative, and development teams to deliver digital assets and features.
• Assist in frontend enhancements and implementation of digital platform features.
• Train, monitor, and optimize chatbot performance for customer interactions.
• Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare project documentation.
• Digital marketing and platform knowledge (web, mobile apps, chatbot).
• Project management and multitasking abilities.
