Job summary

Genting Malaysia invites a System Analyst (Tech Lead) to steer mobile strategy, lead requirement gathering, and design robust apps for iOS and Android in a dynamic hospitality tech environment.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with UI/UX and business units, enforce secure coding and testing strategies, and drive deployment and post-launch support across Malaysia's gaming and leisure platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in mobile app development with system analyst/lead experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/Android platforms and backend APIs.
• Experience documenting use cases, data flows, and sequence diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for mobile apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
• Drive architecture planning, integration design, and documentation.
• Oversee development teams and ensure coding standards and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure secure coding practices.
• Lead QA planning, load testing, and defect management.
• Oversee deployment and 2nd/3rd line support for production apps.
• Identify tech improvements to boost performance and scalability.
