Job summary

Great Eastern, a leading insurer in Singapore and Malaysia, seeks a Digital Platform Manager to define and manage the roadmap for digital platforms supporting new business models and enhanced customer experiences.

You will drive interoperability, leverage analytics for personalization, oversee vendor SLAs, ensure security and compliance, and partner with IT and business units to deliver agile, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in digital transformation, strategy development, and project management.
• Experience in financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the digital platform roadmap to support business growth and enable new business models including AI embedded.
• Drive platform enhancement and ensure seamless interoperability across systems and channels for an optimal customer experience.
• Utilize analytics and data insights to improve personalization and engagement across digital touchpoints.
• Oversee vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for platform services.
• Align platform initiatives with strategic transformation priorities and collaborate closely with IT, business units, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of all digital platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to drive innovation.
• Support agile project delivery and continuous improvement cycles for digital platforms.
