Responsibilities

• Submit and manage cases in the system, follow up on activations, and update the latest information in the database.
• Ensure cases are tracked until closure and collect devices and payments as required.
• Handle two to three company portals for the full operational process and assist in resolving any technical issues when required.
• Assist and support customers in the digitalization of their business operations.
