Alturian is seeking a full-time on-site Digital Marketing Lead for our Kuala Lumpur office. You will plan, run and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, search and email for the Group and its businesses, helping to grow our Asia footprint.

You will manage social accounts, create content calendars, track performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools, and ensure all materials are accurate, on-brand and approved before publication.

Formación

• Clear, concise writing in English. Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
• Comfort with design and social media posting scheduling tools.
• An eye for detail, good judgement about what's ready to publish, and the ability to manage several projects at once.
• A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business or a related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, search and email for the Group and its businesses.
• Manage the Group's social media accounts: write posts, schedule, reply to comments, maintain content calendar.
• Run paid campaigns within budgets; test audiences, creative and copy to improve results.
• Track performance with GA, LinkedIn and Meta analytics; report what's working monthly.
• Keep website, careers pages and news up to date with marketing and web teams.
• Ensure everything published is accurate, on brand and approved before release.

About the role

This is a full-time on-site role in our Kuala Lumpur office. You will plan, run and improve the digital marketing of Alturian and its businesses as part of our shared service center.

What you'll do

• Plan and run digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, search and email, for the Group and its businesses
• Manage the Group's social media accounts: write and schedule posts, reply to comments and keep a steady content calendar
• Run paid campaigns within agreed budgets, and test audiences, creative and copy to improve results
• Track performance with Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Meta analytics, and report what's working each month
• Keep the website, careers pages and news up to date with the Group's marketing and web teams
• Make sure everything we publish is accurate, on brand and approved before it goes out
