You will produce engaging content, manage platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and REDnote, and plan campaigns to generate sales enquiries. The role requires strong photography and video editing skills, proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, and the ability to work independently across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Creative mindset with passion for content creation and digital marketing.
• Experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and REDnote (Xiaohongshu).
• Strong photography, video shooting, editing, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to create engaging content that attracts audiences and generates business enquiries.
• Familiar with Google Business Profile and online reputation management.
• Fast learner, adaptable, resourceful, and able to explore new tools/trends.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, engaging content including photos, videos and posts.
• Manage and grow presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, REDnote and other platforms.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to boost visibility and sales enquiries.
• Manage Google Business Profile and respond to reviews to improve reputation.

• Propose fresh marketing ideas and content strategies.
• Monitor engagement, content performance, and marketing effectiveness.
