Job summary

Tosoul International Academy Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist to drive lead generation, sales growth, and brand awareness across key digital channels. You will plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu, manage budgets, create video content, and report on performance while supporting events and travel as needed.

A strong portfolio in Chinese language markets, proficiency in CapCut/Jianying/Canva, and a data-driven

Qualifications

Candidates must have full working rights in Malaysia.
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or Xiaohongshu advertising preferred.
Proficiency in video editing and design tools CapCut, Jianying, Canva or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimise advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu (RED) and other digital channels.
Manage advertising budgets and monitor performance to maximise ROI and lead generation.
Create engaging content including short-form videos, graphics and copy for social media.
Perform basic video editing and graphic design using CapCut, Jianying and Canva.
Track, analyse and report digital marketing metrics and provide insights.
Collaborate on marketing strategies, campaign planning and brand direction.
Support offline events, photo/video shoots, exhibitions and roadshows when required, including travel.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep strategies competitive.
