Job summary

Premier Plus Property Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage data-driven marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, FB/IG/TikTok/RED 小红书. You will plan content, monitor performance, and collaborate with sales on launches and events.

The role requires 2–5 years in digital marketing, strong copywriting, and ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines. English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, Mandarin an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of digital marketing / social media experience.
• Property industry experience will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Meta Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and RED 小红书.
• Basic knowledge of content planning and copywriting.
• Video editing skills will be an added advantage.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, market-sensitive, and good at follow-up.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns. | Meta Ads | Content Strategy | Lead Generation
• Manage content and ads for FB / IG / TikTok / RED 小红书
• Monitor ad performance such as CTR, CPC, CPR, and conversion rate
• Prepare monthly marketing calendars and ensure campaigns run on time
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, project videos, scale models, and social media content
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and collect market feedback
• Support sales launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Coordinate with the sales team and assist with customer enquiries when required
• Monitor advertising and promotion budgets
