Job summary

Mega Kulim Pharmacy Sdn Bhd is a well‑established community pharmacy with over 30 years in operation, with more than 50 outlets in the Northern & Central Regions. We are expanding and seeking qualified candidates to join our marketing team in Kulim.

The role focuses on content creation for social platforms, campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams and partners. Attractive remuneration package and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Stay updated on social media trends and contribute ideas for engaging content.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, livestreams, promos, launches, and in-store events.
• Prepare marketing content for social media, e-commerce, Mega Kulim app, and WhatsApp broadcasts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with customers, and assist with basic campaign reporting.
• Prepare marketing materials, artwork briefs, POSM, and conduct basic market or competitor research.
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, livestream sessions, promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events.

Assist in preparing marketing content for social media, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada), the Mega Kulim mobile app, and WhatsApp broadcasts.

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Monitor social media channels, assist with customer engagement, and support basic campaign performance reporting.

Assist in preparing marketing materials, artwork briefs, POSM, and conduct basic market or competitor research when required.

Perform administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
