Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is offering an internship position focusing on e-commerce operations and digital marketing. You will help manage our BIG and CARING Eshop banners, update product listings, pricing, and content, and support promotional campaigns.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely launches and price updates, while tracking performance metrics and preparing simple reports in GA4.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a dynamic working environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company's Eshop platforms (BIG and CARING banners).
• Support maintenance of Eshop platforms, including updating product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory information.
• Create, schedule, and extend promotional campaigns on Eshop platforms to support marketing initiatives and sales activities.
• Monitor product listings for information accuracy, content quality, and marketplace guidelines compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches, price updates, and promotional executions.
• Assist in tracking campaign performance, sales data, and GA4 metrics, and prepare basic reports and insights.
• Support ad hoc e-commerce projects and administrative tasks.
• Gain hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations and digital marketing in a fast-paced retail environment.

Create, schedule, and extend promotional campaigns on Eshop platforms to support marketing initiatives and sales activities.

Monitor product listings to ensure information accuracy, content quality, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches, price updates, and promotional executions.

Assist in tracking campaign performance, sales data, and GA4 metrics, and prepare basic reports and insights.

Support ad hoc e-commerce projects and administrative tasks assigned by the team.

Gain hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations and digital marketing while developing practical skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Requirements :

Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a dynamic working environment.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
