Job summary

R Pharmacy (Pastel Care Sdn Bhd) in Kepong is seeking a Marketing Executive to assist in developing and executing marketing plans, A&P activities and campaigns to achieve business and revenue objectives.

You will coordinate marketing communications, event activities, and roadshows; support app-related marketing and maintain the customer database; analyse market trends, buying behaviour and market segmentation; monitor competitors and track campaign performance with recommendations; base on-site

Qualifications

• Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience with hands-on A&P experience.
• Well knowledge of marketing campaigns, promotions and A&P budget management.
• Strong project management, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Adapt at leveraging AI-powered tools for strategic marketing planning and content development.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, healthcare or pharmacy is an added advantage.
• Based in or able to commute to Kepong for on-site daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Support event activities coordination, arrangement and preparation of relevant marketing communications.
• Manage and maintain the R Pharmacy App customer database, including customer feedback and responses.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, buying behaviour and market segmentation.
• Monitor competitors and gather relevant market intelligence.
• Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials to all outlets and ensure materials are available and up to date.
• Assist with basic copywriting, proofreading and editing of marketing content.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
