Job description

Content Marketing & Campaigns (Primary Focus)

• Plan, create, and execute engaging content for social media, eDMs, and digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Develop compelling product storytelling, visuals, and copy tailored for different digital platforms.
• Manage and grow brand presence across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity.
• Maintain and update digital assets including website content and brand pages, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and agencies to deliver impactful and on‑brand campaigns.

E-Commerce Operations (Secondary Focus)

• Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations across platforms (Hai‑O eStore, Lazada, Shopee), including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
• Assist in product launches and campaign rollouts, ensuring timely and accurate execution across all online channels.
• Monitor platform performance, generate basic reports, and recommend improvements to enhance conversion and sales.

Market Insights & Engagement

• Track competitor activities and digital trends to refine content and campaign strategies.
• Engage with customers by responding to inquiries across digital platforms, enhancing overall brand experience.
