Job summary

DQ Pack in Negeri Sembilan seeks a Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence and generate new business opportunities. You will plan and manage social media across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and related channels, and create engaging content.

You will update the website, assist campaigns and exhibitions, conduct market research, support lead generation, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good command of English and Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other design/content tools is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Create and schedule engaging marketing content, including posts, photos, videos and promotional materials.
• Manage and update company website, social media and online platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Conduct market research and monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Support lead generation and follow up with potential customers.
• Coordinate marketing materials, brochures, catalogues, posters and other promotional content.
• Assist in exhibitions, events and other company marketing activities.
• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to support business development.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare simple reports when required.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.
