Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of servicing capabilities across Asia and Africa. You will shape the product vision and drive customer-centric, scalable journeys that align with strategic priorities.

You will collaborate with country teams, delivery and data groups to ensure timely releases, governance adherence, and measurable business impact through OKRs and STP improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in life insurance or financial services.
• Operational expertise in servicing workflows and risk controls.
• Proven track record in digital transformation across markets.
• Experience in digital product ownership or strategic operations roles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and servicing tools.
• Agile mindset with product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision and roadmap for servicing initiatives.
• Own end-to-end delivery of servicing journeys with measurable business benefits.
• Prioritize capability roadmap based on impact, customer feedback and market readiness.
• Ensure journeys are innovative, intuitive, and customer-centric.
• Collaborate with country teams to harmonize and scale capabilities.
• Drive adoption of straight-through processing (STP) across markets and channels.
• Coordinate with delivery and data teams for timely, high-quality releases.
• Ensure governance adherence in local markets and regulatory nuances.
• Identify opportunities for innovation using data-driven insights.
• Define and monitor OKRs to measure success and value realization.
