ELS Technology is seeking a hands-on Digital & Growth Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive to strengthen digital presence, generate leads, and improve marketing performance. You will support digital campaigns and help prepare for upcoming digital products.

The role focuses on planning and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, analyzing performance, and driving conversions while collaborating with the team on content and product launches.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Digital & Growth Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive

ELS Technology is looking for a hands-on Digital & Growth Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive to strengthen digital presence, generate leads and improve marketing performance. You will support digital campaigns for ELS Technology and help prepare for its upcoming digital products.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns to improve reach, engagement, leads and conversions.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and recommend improvements.

Support lead-generation activities, landing-page optimization and retargeting campaigns.

Track key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates and return on ad spend where applicable.

Support website optimization, basic SEO and digital analytics.

Collaborate with the marketing team on content, campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or related field.

Hands-on experience with at least one major advertising platform, such as Meta Ads or Google Ads.

Good understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital analytics.

Analytical, proactive and comfortable working with data.

Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Added advantage: Experience with e-commerce businesses or commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, EasyStore or SiteGiant.Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, SEO, CRM tools or AI marketing tools is also beneficial.
