Job summary

Tractors Malaysia seeks a seasoned digital leader to own governance across its corporate website, social channels, WABA and EDM, while steering analytics and campaign planning. You will ensure brand consistency, coordinate with IT and external partners, and translate data into actionable insights for management.

In this role, you will oversee content updates, campaign delivery, and performance reviews across platforms to drive engagement and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and optimization of the Tractors Malaysia corporate website.
• Coordinate with Sime Darby Group IT/Hastings Deering and external developers on website enhancements and performance.
• Lead planning and coordination of digital marketing campaigns across owned platforms.
• Provide direction for monthly social media content planning across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Review campaign objectives, targeting, performance and suggest improvements.
• Own the digital analytics framework and consolidate performance data from website, social, ads, WABA and EDM.
• Act as primary contact for digital-related matters with internal stakeholders.
