Job summary

Taylor's Education Group in Subang Jaya is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the Digital Engagement Centre. You will drive digital engagement with prospective students and parents, aiming to increase appointments and conversions while delivering quality solutions via digital and face-to-face channels.

You will ensure timely responses, optimize engagement processes, manage Student Ambassadors, and build a high‑performance team through recruitment and coaching, leveraging CRM technology.

Qualifications

• Degree in any field required.
• At least 4 years of working experience, preferably in education.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Grow enrolment through outbound/inbound digital engagement with prospective students and parents.
• Maintain excellent student experience across channels and ensure timely responses.
• Optimize pipeline conversion and manage a high-performance team.
• Lead recruitment and coaching in collaboration with Sales Trainer and Head.
